Crossing of the Alps 2019

In my spare time I love to train on mountainbikes. I personally cannot think of a better form of exercise than being outside in nature on a bike.

In 2007 I completed my formal training as a Bike Instructor at the German Sport University in Cologne. For me, as a fitness trainer with a C-license, the focus is always on having fun in nature and the positive effects on health. As a Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) certified Tour Guide I have collected a wide range of experiences.

I would like to share my enthusiasm for Lübeck and my knowledge of the area with you. You will not find my routes in any travel guide. I look forward to meeting you.
